Dear Hayden Rae,You are growing so fast...and we officially saw your beautiful smile! You are still sleeping next to Mommy in Mommy and Daddy's room and are only waking normally about once a night. The kicker though is that you are having your "witching hourssss" from about 7p until midnight. Yes, I said midnight...that's about 5 hours of eating, then crying, and more eating and more crying. Daddy and I are taking turns holding you so you are as comfortable as possible, but nothing, and I mean nothing, seems to be working! We are taking a lot of deep breaths and are hoping that this phase will pass very, very soon!
Your older brother's love for you continues to grow daily! He loves to sit by you and just stare and smile at you! On the days that Colton has "school' you and I are spending a lot of quality time together and we have been visiting with your older cousin Caroline and Aunt Shannon, and some of your buddies Cole and Rayna (they are the son and daughter of some of mommy's closest friends who were born very close to when you were born). I am sure you are going to be the best of friends!
The doctor says you look great and are growing beautifully!
