colton: 20 months olds

dear colton,

we love to hear you talk. over the past two months, you have been gone from saying just "Daddy" to a handful of other words, including "Mommy," "baby," "uh-oh," "bubbles" (for your favorite TV show Bubble Guppies), and most recently 'choo-choo,' 'boo' and 'juice,'

you are growing into a sweet little boy who enjoys running all over the place, and dancing. you LOVE to dance. you dance to your favorite TV shows Bubble Guppies and Mickey Mouse Clubhouse and your teachers at school also have taken video of you dancing to music at school as well.

you love to play with your little sister and have been a very good big brother (most of the time!) for about 2 weeks you got upset whenever Hayden would cry and would pull her ponytail and also pull her helmet. Mommy put you in time out where you sat by yourself in the corner. We did that a couple times and you seemed to have learned your lesson!

we have enjoyed our days home together with hayden when you're not in school. we take lots of wagon rides, walks, draw on the driveway with chalk, swing from the tree swing and just run around with Youk all day. You love to play outside!

You've also started pushing Hayden in the tricycle. Thank goodness she has a helmet on to protect her! haha. You've become very independent and are learning so many things so quickly. You love Youkilis and have started blowing kisses to everyone.

Your happy nature is contagious. we love you buddy and are having so much fun with you.
